Ingredients Required:
- chops 2kg
- oil/ghee 175ml
- shan fried chop mix 1 packet
Steps:
- apply seasoning on the chops and leave aside for about 2 hours.
- heat oil and add chops, stirfry for few minutes.
- tightly cover pan and cook on low heat for 10-15 mins.
Ingredients: red chilli, salt, paprika, dried papaya powder, black pepper, cumin, brown cardamom, cinnamon, aniseed, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein, citric acid, cane sugar, canola oil, anticaking agent silicon dioxide.
