Shan Pav Bhaji 


Recipe for spicy mashed vegetable curry.
Ingredients required:

  • potatoes 300g peeled, cubed.
  • green peas 100g.
  • tomatoes 100g.
  • onion 100g.
  • cauliflower 100g.
  • capsicum 50g.
  • garlic 6-8 cloves.
  • oil 200g.
  • Shan pav bhaji 30g.


  • boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas, garlic cloves in water until tender and coarsely mash, then keep aside.
  • on low heat melt butter and fry onions. Add tomatoes and capsicum then fry.
  • now add Shan pav mix and fry for a few mins.

Ingredients: salt, red chilli, black pepper, green cardamom, amchur powder, cloves, fenugreek seeds, aniseed, citric acid, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein, cane sugar, canola oil, anti caking agent silicon dioxide.
