Springroll Wrappers (Vietnamese Rice Paper Pancakes for Springrolls)

Authentic Round Springroll Wrappers (Rice Paper) used for making traditional style spring rolls.

Serve cold, fresh or deep fried.

Ingredients: Rice, Tapioca starch, salt.

Instructions for use:

  • Take one piece of rice paper at a time.
  • Submerge rice paper in hot [not boiling] water for 5 secs, drain off water.
  • Lay it on a flat surface.
  • Put one tbsp of stuffing at the base of rice paper, roll it. Fold the sides toward the centre and roll all the way to enclose.
  • Fry the spring rolls in hot oil until they turn a golden brown.
  • Finish and serve with dipping sauce.
