Sushi Nori is dried, roasted seaweed used to wrap seasoned rice when making sushi and rice balls. Sushi Nori is also known as YakiNori and can be torn into strips and used as a seasoning in salads or noodle dishes. It can be gently toasted over an open flame for a crisper texture. It has shiny colour and delicate flavour. Perfect for making Sushi.
