Gyoza is the Japanese name for those tasty steamed or fried crescent shaped dumplings sold in many restaurants all over Asia.
This Gyoza sauce is made from light soy sauce and vinegar. It has a savoury taste and is great as a dip for gyoza, spring rolls, shumai, or as a salad dressing.

Ingredients: water, soy sauce, brewed vinegar, salt, sugar, preservative sodium benzoate.
