Tinned Po Ku (Shiitake) Mushrooms

Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms are also known as Po Ku mushrooms and these are tinned in brine.
Rinse and use as required.

Store in a cool dry place, transfer to a non metallic airtight container once opened.

Refrigerate in water and use within 2 days of opening.

Ingredients: poku mushroom, water, salt, citric acid.
