U Cook™ Makhani Curry Kit (Easy to Cook Murgh Makhani)

Makhani, or Murgh Makhani is a traditional curry dish similar to Butter Chicken but with a slightly more medium strength spiced sauce.

Empty Makhani curry kit in pan with 500ml water & stir well. Add half block (approx 100g) of creamed coconut, simmer & stir occasionally until dissolved. Add 1 kg of ingredients of your choice (e.g chicken, lamb etc) & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Add 2-3 tbsp of sugar & stir well. Adjust consistency of sauce with a little water if required. Gently simmer uncovered for 5mins.
