U Cook™ Pathia Curry Kit (Easy to Cook Pathia)
Pathia is a sweet & sour Parsee curry traditionally cooked with plenty of tomatoes.
Medium, add your own chilli to make it hotter as desired or add a little coconut milk for a milder taste.

Empty Pathia curry pack in pan with 500ml water & stir well. Simmer for 5 mins. Add 1 kg of ingredients of your choice (e.g chicken, lamb etc) & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Add 2-3 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of lemon juice to pathia & add chopped tomatoes. Salt to taste & stir in well. Adjust consistency of pathia with a little water if required. Gently simmer uncovered for 5-10mins. Ensure pathia is fully cooked before serving.

"Easy and delicious!
Absolutely first class - very easy and as good as any Pathia I have had in a restaurant. I used a good dollop of tomato puree rather than chopped tomatoes as specified in the recipe because I felt there was enough liquid already and I added a generous teaspoon of hot chilli powder because in our house we like 'em spicy! 10/10, would definitely recommend without hesitation and we will be ordering more from the range soon.
