The Thai curry kits are yet another stunning new line to the U cook range having cooked the Thai yellow curry the day befor the fammy was fighting each other to have a taste that I had to cook up the green Thai curry kit as well as thier was not enough for tonight. Again very authentic taste like the Yellow but with more kick to it which I personally love being a bit of a fire eater myself I did add 1/2 block of coconut to tame it down a bit for my wife but it's still to hot for her so she is having the yellow whilst myself & a friend will have the Green. Looking forward to some more additions to the U cook range fingers crossed they will bring out a Naga kit until then I will use the Naga paste which they sell and add it to a milder curry that my wife can enjoy then up the heat with the Naga paste. We used to live in Braintree and have been going to this fantastic shop from the early days when it was part Indian restaurant/ takeaway so have seen the shop expand its range of products I cauld spend hours looking around and fill the boot of my car given half a chance.
