Rendang Paste with Chicken Recipe:
Ingredients: 150ml rendang paste, 400g skinless chicken breast cut, Chinese celery to garnish.
Marinate chicken with rendang paste for 4 hours, heat up frying pan. Stirfry chicken until fragrant, and simmer for 15-20mins, stir and add water if required. Cook till chicken tender, remove from heat and serve.
