Popular dark, Japanese style thin noodles made from Buckwheat and Wheat.

Easy to prepare, try them in a stirfry, accompaniment or in soups. They can be served stir fried or chilled. 

• Boil for 5 minutes.
• Once boiled you can serve in a soup stock with toppings such as freshly chopped spring onions, grilled chicken, prawn tempura or fried tofu.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (58%), Buckwheat flour (30%), Water, Salt.
